Intercultural Managerial Ability and Leadership: Challenges, Controversies, and Prospects

This study attempted to present, conceptualize and recontextualize intercultural managerial ability leadership through the examination of relevant discourse on topic. Data analysis revealed that two concepts are inextricably linked each other constituting a holistic approach school managers leaders’ performing their tasks successfully in settings. Moreover, numerous challenges posed, prospects arisen were discussed analyzed, so as shed light dimensionality differentiation characterize multiple models competence along with skills having be nurtured, maintained well upgraded initial continuous professional development upon preparation new, potential proactive leaders. In nutshell, present enriches our understanding about is exercised an context, giving impetus studies this field.
